Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP)


Working principle of electrostatic precipitator: when the dusty gas passes by, the electrostatic precipitator will produce corona discharge, making the dusty gas positively charged. Then, under the action of electric field force, the positively charged dusty gas will be adsorbed on the anode plate. Strike the anode and cathode system regularly to make the dust fall into the ash hopper under the electrostatic precipitator, so as to achieve the effect of dust removal.

The electrostatic precipitator of LANBEN will adopt mature technology, advanced collecting plate profile and emitting profile, avoiding secondary ash fly and emitting easy to fall off during operation, reducing rapping wear, and making the life cycle of the equipment longer life.

ESP features: the advanced profile of 480C collecting plate is used for easy dust removal and can prevent secondary ash fly. RSB type multi spike can avoid corona blockage. Both ends of RSB wire are provided with protective insertion slots to ensure that the wire is not easy to fall off and will not fall off. This fully ensures the stability and reliability of ESP operation. The bottom side rapping method is adopted in the collection system, and two rapping lines are configured on one side of the emitting system to ensure effective cleaning, wear-resistant design and prolong the service life of moving parts.
