Working principle of Hybrid System (ESP +Bag Filter): Working principle: the dusty flue gas enters the electric field from the air inlet of the electrostatic precipitator. Under the action of the electric field, the charged dust is deposited to the dust collector. About 60~70% of the dust in the flue gas passing through the electric field is collected, and then the flue gas passes through the air outlet of the electric field. Part of the flue gas enters the middle of the bag filter horizontally through the porous plate and most of the flue gas turns to the lower part, enters the bottom of the bag filter and enters each chamber of the filter bag upward. After the flue gas enters the filter bag, the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the net flue gas is discharged from the cleaning room, through the poppet valve, from the outlet of the dust collector and through the chimney.

Feature of Hybrid system

a. This product fully combines the advantages of electrostatic precipitator and bag filter, so as to provide a good solution for strict discharge, stabilize the discharge of the precipitator, increase the service life of the bag, and enable the precipitator to stably maintain the emission discharge below 30mg/Nm3

b. The product is also suitable for the renovation of ESP of the old unit, and can achieve the guarantee of 30mg/Nm3 without increasing the electric field and the height of the original ESP.
